How to get gems easy: When you are farther into the game, i am at copper right now, go back to say paper and start clicking on that. you will get gems much faster because you can break it a lot faster. Easy way for me ;0

For anyone who wants to get gems faster, just mine poo alot. It breaks easily and always has a chance to drop gems anyway.

err... I started with a toy pick, found 3 gems, used 1 for a new pick, and got an amazing super pick. Is this a good start?

"Blacksmith had a flash of inspiration" "Blacksmith had a stroke of brilliance" and "Blacksmith had a vision of magnificence" each of these sayings feels like he should make a decent pickaxe but every time that pops up he makes like 250% quality pickaxes what is the purpose of the Blacksmith Expertise skill then?

Forget it i'm out of here can't i be a blacksmith and a miner?Because the blacksmith takes your gems and he fails and you don't even get a segment of a gem back when you are the blacksmith you have unlimited gems :D

Okay... So my whole file got reset. I was already on around hellstone lvl 620+ i think and now I'm back here mining poo again.

This game has a lot of potential, better visuals, more diversity and maybe some kind of a restart after capping is what would appeal to me. Keep good work on Crovie!

Regarding Jhawk's suggestion, it's a good idea, but you don't need to go all the way back to Poo, just to where you don't see the ore taking damage.

I am not sure if the dev hard capped it at 2237 because I did an experiment with a different account and flash bugged out at 2237 not 2238 so if your not wanting flashplayer to bug out i suggest just to go to 2236 just for safety reasons.

Even though it says it's not worth it, using more gems seems to increase the pick power by quite alot. So if you farm the low level rocks for gems it's well worth it.
