Turning Mouse Keys on has a special feature that allows you to double click with the + button on the right side of your keyboard. To do this, press Alt shift numlock and press numlock until it activates. Hover your mouse to the ore then press +.

I just reached Hellstone 72 1 minute ago (for optimum mining, I mean; I can take down as high as a 77). I hope my game doesn't reset too. If it does... consequences will never be the same!

@Randomdude18, qt stands for quintillion, the o stands for octillion. There's 1,000 quintillions in a sextillion, 1,000 sextillions in a septillion, and 1,000 septillions in an octillion. So that means theres 1,000,000,000 or 1 billion quintillions in an octillion.

The feeling when you close your eyes and desperately craft a few new pickaxes after upgrading your blacksmith and then open them to find out that you just crafted 1 with 1372.69% quality :D (205,146,141 instead of a 34,000,000 1 if you're interested in details)

I remember when I first started to mine. Just my grand pappie's pickax, and a great big ol pile of POO! Made 65 dollars on my first day. I was so proud. ^_^ But before long I was moving up to coal and iron... bought bigger and better picks... today, I'm mining SOUL STONES!!! BECAUSE I MINE INTO THE VERY HEART OF YOUR SOUL!!! Also, I earn more than the combined GDP's of all the nations in the world combined, times 10. I can basically afford to purchase my own imperial star fleet. And it all started... from a pile of poo.

Upgrading the number of gems you can use at once is not always worth it, sometimes it is better to simply buy pickaxe upgrades

If you want lots of gems, find an ore you can mine quickly with the auto mining, then leave it open on that ore while at work or school or sleeping or something. Please make an Idle Mine 2 with some better upgrades.

i keep on upgrading and the gems just go away so quickly and i never find any? bad luck or just becuase there super rare? :(
