I think that will do but a multiple Beam Halos might work well, also remember the currently broken overpowered shield SD bio.

for green it has a lot of beam which is undodgable there is 2 ways
1 for player who want to advance before attack try attack with tough ship
shield work with it better than armor
2 for player sho want to rush or swarm quickly make an overwhelming swarm they can only target 1 target per time self destruction fighter is good for this

freezer weak against emp yellow and orange weak against phalanx for infestor sacrifice a lot of thing for infest and acid use repair + extracter can block against infestor I didn't lie even mining beam is enough for alien

Mastodon has terrible output but is the cheapest capital with good tanking capability because of a phalanx and a simple front bays.
Goli/AA is the hard counter of every caps, as goli deals 800 damage (though mostly gets hit into fighters/mediums, if the opponent is using carriers/NYs), while AA lacks the damage output to kill other units (especially fighters, although Rapier hangar fixes that), Also AA eats 300 energy than goli.
Back to topic, Mastodon is pretty easy to beat because of the moderate low-rof missile barrage that is fixed pretty easily by 1 phalanx (if it's yellow, their grendel might force you to resort to extra phalanx, or a close map with their quad near you).
Oh, not to mention that every blackhole weapon is a hard counter towards capitals.

The hell? Fk you guys I did not deny the existence of the hackers, I just asked what did they do to bigboi. Of course there are hackers, just look at the lvl score sheet and you can already tell. However, there are also the people crying "Hacker!" at experienced players that just crush them, so I asked what exactly did the hacker do to see if that's a hacker for sure in PvP before applying for the mobilization of the Ban Hammer.

Maybe a good way to buff cloak field and nerf cloak-SD-fighters would be to give cloak field a radar that reveals cloaked units. Also I suggest cloak field range should be the same as your buildable area or one tile bigger. That and don't make it an auxiliary so it can get mods. And perhaps give it a microlaser or something, even if it costs more.
