back after a month, i see everything still slow paced, little energy is produced and games take too long, game still very different from the master picie OE2 is, and no updates, oh well, i'll be back in another month them.

My highest Pincer was a level 18 pincer, between Infestor and Purple, lots of asteroids. The key is to take one enemy out super quick. I just reached level 18 and haven't tried a pincer in a long time, it took a few tries, but I got it. Pincer is by far the hardest fight though. I'd say harder than the boss of the same level a lot of the time.

guys... pincers are far from impossible - it just depends on the map: enemys/build space/metal available. my highest lvl for a successful pincer was lvl 12. just dont expect you can do it with the very same strategy you use for a lvl 3 flank ...

Pincer missions are impossible. Even with the 'super shields' my base is obliterated by a single rocket within 10 seconds of the game starting. This is not a bug but poor design.

Pincer maps should give you a higher starting energy. Either that, or have upgradeable techs....or power....something.
When you are in the middle there is no room to create a good enough defence. It is an age old tactic really, flanking....yeah ..... Throw me a bone somewhere....

there should be an upgrade that costs plat, and then also the normal 750 upgrade. so a gold upgrade that only gives up to 2, and then another one that gives the third. which costs plat.

ah more time to do my research. I'll join back up if/when there's an update. but, I have to say it's been loads of fun (until it wasn't). Though, maybee I should give pvp it's proper due. I just hope you find a way to keep people interested in playing (and by people, I mean enough that keeps MP busy and gets you some well earned money. sorry, I could only donate so much -- for now).

It would be awesome at the boss battles after destroying the base, to spawn a super capital ship with tons of weapons and armor.

@doginhat try unpluging ur internet and then waiting like 15 minutes when ur ships stack in the middle of the map. thats how MP is full

warerdemkiller, first off people who are stacked, can just replaying say like lvl 10 and getting stuff to sell to buy better stuff.... that's how you get infinite stuff, second i'm fine with lives just make them come back faster, like every 10 minutes not 1 life every hour. The only reason the owner added lives was so he could get money from people buying platinum to buy more lives with!

Hey cwwallis, THANK you for modifying the repair turret. But could you make it so that it targets the lowest PERCENT of health?
I mean, I had a fighter bay with 90% and it got hit instead of my docks because they had more hp in AMOUNT.

you make a game, then you make it so you have to wait an hour to play once you run out of lives so you want people to stop playing your game for an hour???

Has anyone in campaign mode (level 20+) come up with a good way to play orange (even on duel mode)? He'll have 2 mediums and a cap as I get my first yard and that's really no defense against his 2 more caps that will quickly follow. Can't play defense unless we have units that can target others (like void lance only shoots at caps -- if present)

@OutlawZz just because you lose to a fighter spam does not mean everyone does. Also if you had what other people had you would use they P-bays as well

Seriously, if you're truly want this game to be balanced.. you're going to have to consider nerfing fighter spam. It seems most people that have many wins, especially 2k+ ranks.. always have these red fighters that are most of the time SD. People might say "just find a way to counter it".. but in reality, there is NO way to counter it, unless you have red fighters your self.. or something of that sort. BUT, we don't.. so why in the world do we get matched up against players that are clearly far beyond us in pvp? Its unfair.

the balance problem is not the exhumer. its naval yard x long range maps x 3 or 4 carrier racks x extra ships tech. this stuff doesnt add up - it multiplies! speaking as one who got the pbay sd exhumer and a good corv and a good tremor: the only way to really balance this is making carrier racks NOT STACK.
cheers
