Ragnarok seems much easier to use than apocalypse turret. The fact that the nuclear missiles from Ragnarok are often fired at point blank inside the enemy base almost guarantees your base will take no damage and your enemy massive. The opposite seems true of the turret, all it takes is an enemy fighter or two to be near the turret and blam you blow up your own base.

Every once in a while a duel seems nigh impossible. Lv.11 orange faction can rush quickly with Goliath and if they start out far enough away you can't turret rush. I find cloud faction duel to be by far the easiest. Pretty much impossible to lose.

@Somelame - Pincers can be quite tricky at higher levels, imo they tend to be rougher than bosses. Bosses are the easiest fight usually. Pincers vary wildly, but I'd say they are the toughest fight on average. Skirms flanks are also usually easy. And duels are in the middle. There's also almost never any need to get to +41 energy to win any map at low areas. Try few reactors. (you can win most maps quickly and reliably with 0-2 reactors)

Would be nice to be able to modify the way you want, so if you want an artillery halo or miner with 3x rate of fire you could pay platinum to get exactly what you want, instead of relying upon random luck.

Pincer really depends upon range, I just played a pincer where both ais started really far away. Before I could do much one of the AIs got out hammerhead and was able to slam me with long range artillery.

Is it just me or are pincers easier than some skirmishes and flanks? For example, most pincers you can effectively turret rush both AIs at the same time. Yet, on skirmishes and flanks sometimes an A.I. is so far away you cannot turret rush. Flanks particularly it is impossible to turret rush the further away A.I. Meaning if they get capital ships quickly and crush the middle A.I. you could get 5+ capital ships rushing you before you hit +41 energy from reactors. Same goes with skirmishes. One A.I. crushes the other, but not before a large build up of capital ships that swarm towards your base. As opposed to a duel where the capital ships would be staggered and you could mow down 1-2 a time.

Wow. i just completed Oe2 and i seen there is a three, im quite happy, i know the games rather old but it reminds me of star craft and i love everything about this game tbh, i would donate to see a oe4 if i had a way to

you should add infested buildings like OE1 but i know that take a lot of work and dedication to make this so i dont realy need it but can be cool infested race playable for OE4,i like you games so much and your dedication to make this awesome games.

I’ve been at work porting oe4 to a modern game engine to solve the problem of flash getting phased out and the issues people reported from the demo. My apologies for taking so long but I want to do this right.

I thought of a simple feature I'd like to see on OE4: Lock. Basically a feature that locks your units preventing it to be sold. Basically a safety measure.

Agree, regardless of the fact that OE3 is a good game, it's balance has been bad for a long time. (IMO the pbay exhumer nerf helped because other strategies became more viable, but there are still some overpowered strats like freeze + biolab turtle)
