This game shows serious potential, however the fighting system is weak. All you really have to do is spam S over and over again until you win in any given non-boss fight. The puzzles are also uninteresting as they lack any real depth. That being said the story was great. The second cutscene one of the best cutscenes I have seen in a flash game. The boss battles are a whole different animal altogether because there are usually edges you can't fall off of. Being unable to block these hits and giving the bosses no-flinch really causes some wtf moments. I can say the second battle between you and Vandheer Lorde is the most epic feeling due to his moves that aren't overly annoying but are still powerful. Generic stat upgrades the option to switch swords/melee and buying special skills all seem been here done that and they aren't even done extremely well. I have to give this game a 3/5 because it is merely average. The art gets a 5/5 though because it is fantastic.

Heads up, you can't upgrade between chapters 5 and 6. I farmed myself enough exp to max everything, but I had to fight the end boss with nothing but attack upgraded...

I really want to like this game, but the bugs are ruining it for me. Especially when that one level totally glitches and half of the structures disappear. Then when I finally refresh the page because I'm fed up with it, it takes me back to the 30 second fight, except now I've got my sword and fighting style that I didn't unlock until after. 4/5, I'll put it at full five when and if bugs are fixed.

Should make checkpoints between levels, other wise players have to restart all over again which is frustrating good game btw i like it

There is a glitch when if you talk to the blacksmith or anyone as the raven and end the talk you will have the raven's hotkeys and be using the man's hotkeys. Just close out then back in for them to be normal again.

Played it through and had zero problems or glitches. The game in whole was a pleasent suprise. Executed perfectly, graphic was pleasant, the plot/story was interesting and loved the upgrades. Although I found the game a bit too short, I must rate it 5/5. I rarely come across games this good. The developer must be proud of himself/herself. Can't wait for other games by you. Very, very well done.

Have truly enjoyed beating this game for the first time. Now, I'm doing a second run for the power ups and skills that I missed. :D

I will be honest - I really enjoy the "Armed With Wings" saga. Every game that came out in that world was fun and pleasant to play through...
And this one - this one tops it all off with a brilliantly executed game both in style, mechanics and fun factor. Bravo!

Menu button doesn't pause. No mute button. Glaring errors like these need to be addressed before it's a completed game.

Am I the only anime nerd that noticed that the sound that plays for when Network does his bolt is the same as a Cero from Bleach? XD
Anyways, the game was epic, the artwork was beautiful, and the story was amazing. This is definitely going to make me go play the first two games to get the entire thing. You did an amazing job of making a sequel that could be followed as a stand-alone game. 5/5!

Well I have to say that I don't really often write comments to a game...actually this is the 1st time I do that ^^; But at this point I don't have a choice. This game is awesome! The story was just amazing and I loved playing it. Gameplay was excellent too. To put this short: 5/5 and fav!!!
Hope this was not the last part of the series ^^

Lots of annoying bugs. So, difficult to choose between... 4 and 5/5. Because even if it has bugs, it's better (and more beautiful. And balanced.) that lots of bugs-free games.
Great job.

@ArtAndor Health Regeneration only works when you have less than 50 % health, and it will only heal you you up to 50 % of your max HP

Could you make it so that you could choose between arrow key or wasd movement ,and than for instance toggle eagle mode at num 8 and melee attack at num 4 for example? I like that sort of layouts better than arrow key movement. But overall a quite good game still needs to fix some bugs and glitches but 4/5. So keep up the good work!

I found a bug that I didn't discover any mention of in my exhaustive search of the five most recent comments: At the point in the second level where the pressure plate lights up and opens the portcullis, the latter effect fails to happen if you jump onto the plate, rather than running onto it. Further, you only get the one chance per restart, (stepping onto the plate after bugging it this way has no effect and there's no way to kill yourself on the starting side of said portcullis.) Snagged me twice, my brother once, before we figured it out.

Uhm when you fall down between the tall stepstones pillars after saving your mum, try not to fall down in one of the first spaces the game will throw you offscreen in an endless fall sequense.

This is a such a good game! I could actually feel my character powering up, i loved the storyline. And in fact this is in black and white, makes it even better. Kinda short thou, but kept me playing with desire to see next chapter. I still think you get weapons and combat techniques little bit too fast :/. I give 5/5 with pleasure, and i rarely give full stars. This one deserves it.

Fun game, great art work, but frustrating when the game drop a jump key and sends you back to the start of a jump heavy level. Got tired of it after a dozen tries, figured I'd take a break... only to find myself way back at the start of the chapter when I reload the game! Arg!!!
Not rating it for now, too bloody annoyed.
