got it in 67 days, guide in the comments here is utter crap. well, the pick virus is right, but you can't start in canada or madagascar. 1-1-1-0 resistances and NO transmissions. Oh yeah... I annihalated the entire Western Hemisphere, but none of the Eastern. This is extra weird: Madagascar was the LAST country to close it's border. Madagascan pwnage FTW.
