Started in madagascar, had to sell *all* symptoms just to remain invisible enough so they wouldn't start a premature vaccine. Bought airborne and 1-1-1-0 asap. had to infect over 1.3 million people, then thats when the boat went to new zealand. maintained low profile till a few viruses were in every country, then broke out with liver failure, hemmorhaging and encephalitis. Every spare point was thrown to drug resistance, and all the hospitals shut down before too long, world was post mortem at day 231

idk, after i posted that i started on madagascar, and it spread after only day 20ish. i ended up killing all but greenland. still, i might have just got lucky

1. it takes too long to get a ship OFF of it.
2. the disease may NEVER leave.

This was a great idea for a game, but the execution falls totally flat. You spend entirely too much time sitting and waiting, it's almost impossible to win, and once you figure out the (very obvious) strategy, gameplay consists entirely of luck. The UI could be a lot smoother, too; see some of the comments here:

I do hope they'll make a Pandemic 3, but I hope they do some serious retooling.

start as a virus get all resistances but brug dont buy drug then seel starting symptoms and buy differnt less noticeable ones oh after you buy all resistances buy all ways of spreading it then unlock all the tiers only buying the most damaging least noticable symptoms when all countries are infected buy ALL symptoms only buy drug resistance when they are making a vaccine
