Managed to start in Madagascar, but it didn't even spread until day 40, and then borders closed like the government knew "No two people in Madagascar got infected? The world is doomed!"

It's good, but it's not the only thing that works. And you don't have to restart madly either—I started in Brazil, followed the general idea, and the earth was desolate in just under 100 days.

Yeah, great game, I seriously loved it. Great re playability etc. Only issue is the AI, it makes it almost impossible to infect enough people, as there will always be some remote country like cuba or madagascar that will shut off boarders as soon as your starting country like Russia have 10 000 people with a slight sniffle. If the A.I was improved in this sense I would pay money for it, it's that good.

I actually infected each country in 16 days and killed every country in 63 days. Here's a tip...lvl 4 drug and 1/1/2 resistants. Hope it helps

The Good: 1. Yay, another Pandemic! 2. Fun choice at the beginning, each with their own symptoms. 3. Plenty of replay value. The Bad: 1. Indonesia shuts down all of its transportation and borders because 32 people have a nonlethal disease with no symptoms? This is "realistic mode"? I think not. The game's AI is kinda stupid; nobody shuts down transit for a disease that nobody has any symptoms for. Just make it so there's a minimum of one symptom, or something.

The fact that people see your disease even if you have no visibility is so realistic, it would obviously get noticed as a strange annomaly in the blood when you go for a check up at the doctors, or when you go to the hospital with another, well known disease, they would take a sample of your blood.
