Drug resist 1-2 is enough in most cases, because hospitals will start to close and vacine will not be developed. Still can't get enought lethality to finish under 100 days in realistic :(

oh shit... damn I was lucky, I had gotten all countries and there was only one hospital left so I needed to get rid of it so it won't make an antidote but it managed to create it... but it "didn't work as intended" so now I have 1300 more days before they make a new one XD

Great game, i got Madagascar on my first try (started in Argentina) but I didn't get Cuba nor New Zealand. A good zombie-related virus should have dementia, necrosis, sores, boils, cysts, insanity as symptoms.
