The Good: 1. Yay, another Pandemic! 2. Fun choice at the beginning, each with their own symptoms. 3. Plenty of replay value. The Bad: 1. Indonesia shuts down all of its transportation and borders because 32 people have a nonlethal disease with no symptoms? This is "realistic mode"? I think not. The game's AI is kinda stupid; nobody shuts down transit for a disease that nobody has any symptoms for. Just make it so there's a minimum of one symptom, or something.

So close, i killed everyone in 101 days on realistic mode so i was just 2 days off from the impossible badge. Darn. I used lvl 4 drug to help me in this game.

The fact that people see your disease even if you have no visibility is so realistic, it would obviously get noticed as a strange annomaly in the blood when you go for a check up at the doctors, or when you go to the hospital with another, well known disease, they would take a sample of your blood.

i started in Canada and worked all the way to australia. . .everyone is dead. . .oh yeah they attempted to vaccinate, but the vaccine mutated the disease and it is now immune to all vaccines!!! WOOT!!!!!! 5/5

1/5 love the concept but it's al pretty much about luck. Like if it doesnt spread to all countries in under 35 days in realistic you can't win. But still pretty fun yet I didn't like it and i got bored after i beat relaxed. Realistic you need a way different strategy to win then having no visibility and infecting every country. No point in game though.
