It's for the iPhone, iPad, Tablet, etc. etc.

The government of Madagascar closes its airports to prevent possible infections. Seeing how you never see any airports on Madagascar (or any planes going to it for that matter), you can assume that the worlwide community really doesn't like Madagascar.
