8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you
9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging
10 Wait until everyone die

true the randomness does make it kind of annoying to play over and over, especially if you're trying to get the impossible badge, but it doesn't make it less realistic, b/c in the real world thats how things are... (the ships thing is kind of annoying though... esp for madagascar)

i got extremely lucky with Australia, infected the whole worlds withut anybody doing anything, the methods posted here work with a little luck

I really like this concept
But it is NOT realistic. It is based on luck, the arrival/departure of transportations (especially ships) is completely random. It would be a good idea to increase the transportation activity in the case of a disaster (which has no use now?)
Second, the killrate is biased. It should be cumulative, since more people are dying and hospitals shut down. Increase killrate!

why is new zealand so easily infected and not madagascar. In reality NZ is much more strict than anywhere about infection.

countries would close shipyards and airports from a disease that evolved successfully through 1,000 years of evolution in a few weeks. yes i think that is a big big thing to worry about.

This game relies on fuzzy math. The Avg Deaths/Infections per day is useless. It should be reset and recalculated each day, not some average over the entire duration of the game. Also, why do the deaths slow down so dramatically when you get down to the last few hundred people? Wouldn't one infected person die as quickly as any other? Obviously the infection rate should slow down with less population, but not the death rate, right?

I will never be able to do this..
If I start in Madagascar.. it doesn't spread fast enough to be less then 100 days... if I am not madagascar, stupid madagascar will never get infected.

It's impossible to beat it, unless you're in Madagascar, because I've started in EVERY country recomended and failed to get IMP badge...
