Done! guys I did it on my first try when I took this guys strategy,(PARASITE NEEDED FOR LOWER DETECTION EASY INFECTION) start out by selling all symptoms, work on buying resistances on the host country (so if its canada = cold) slowly build up and spread.. just try to get waterborn and rodents also, while at the same time buying all resistances, you should infect the world in a bit, be patient, it worked for me on my first try. Once infected buy symptoms like puking, fever - so on.. warning= This is for doing the relaxed mode extermination (for this will take over 100 days (probably) and take about 30-40 real life minutes.

very good game, but it takes to much luck to get all the islands, especially Madagascar and New Zeland. it think that is the only reason that this game isnt perfect. I only noticed 1 other bug. i had heart failure, sweating, vomiting, fever, and fatigue, and i couldnt kill anyone.

it was too long till the other countries got infected so it's not good to start from there.better start off elsewhere and hope to get lucky

ill tell ya how i did it...my guide: 1 pick parasite. 2 do what u want. 3 get lucky and get cuba. 4 get symptoms like sneezing vomiting and whatnot to spread easily. 5 get lucky and infect everywhere. 6 infect everyone before vaccine is made. 7 pwn noobs

The guide works great on relaxed.
I started in Madagascar. It took 30 days to spread the virus. After 50 days all countries were infected and on day 85 it killed all people.
I'm not sure if you need drug resistance 4.
