Relaxed is really easy just get parasite. Parasite can spread anywhere (even if everything is closed). The only problem is that it takes 100-250 days for everywhere to die so the only disease that works for realistic is virus. You can just get all the starting symptoms for parasite and go away from the computer for a while and come back after like 30 mins come back and everywhere is dead.

I watched Madagascar for 103 days straight. Not a single ship left or docked at the port and they closed the yard by day 103. Seriously lame, and I blame the designer.
