does anyone actually do this? cuz if you don't buy moisture resistance II then the waterborne is useless. and it says I-I-I-0 resistance, then all four drug, which would be the o, so u have I-I-I-4 which makes waterborne useless

I find with this game you have to be amazingly lucky that they dont shut down everything, and that the best place to start is Greenland, as everywhere else always seemed to shut down much faster when on other countries
