I finally did it! 62 days, but I was extremely lucky. Madagascar got infected at the very beginning. I used a modified strategy: start with sneezing + coughing + resistance for starting region at 2 - it got the disease out very fast. Starting region: Cuba.

i always lose in this game. it doesnt deserve the right to have anything special at all! in fact, if there wasnt an impossible badge, i would give it a 5 because it would be fun; but no, there isnt 1/5

Thanks to everyone who posted the guides, other than that.. its just luck =/ Just did it in 85-87 days with this one: 1 Pick Virus 2 Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, or Cuba (if not, restart) 3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it 4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances 5 Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility 6 Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart 7 Pump 2 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting 8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you 9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging 10 Wait until everyone dies I started in Cuba. When you go to Step 9, also pump Drug Resist up to 4. By now the vaccine shouldn't be a threat, but the resist seems to increase the death rate considerably.

Hmm...perhaps I should move to Madagascar, it seems to be nigh immune to plagues. Only managed to get it once, and on that one time Japan managed to block me out.

this game is pretty good but i dont like when u have 2 wait 2 gain points and u have nutin 2 do. lol {:<]. other than that it is good. the impossible bagde is really impossible 2 get. lolz. ive tried a lot of times and cant get that badge. any1 lookin 4 a strategy;wat i do is try 2 buy every disease as soon as i get enough points 2 get them.lol. i dont no if its a good strategy but it works 4 me lolz.

I used that strategy and it worked! Its luck based infecting countries, so don't say it doesn't work cuz maddy or sumtin shuts down.

the last 3 went down from being argentina peru and madagascar not being infected to only argentina not being infected for me

That guide is not working. Once i get down to the final 3 regions to infect, Madagascar closes.(the final 3 regions are usually Argentina, Peru, and Madagascar.)
