4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances
5 Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility
6 Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart
7 Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting
8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you

the strategy does work it just took a couple of trys, i started in canada and won in 80 days im so happy!!!

sorry but this game blows, any game that relies on blind luck and no skill to beat it completly isn't a good game. I probably tried to infect madagascar like 50 times. and when no matter what you do you can;t infect it. needs to make the catching of the virus involve more then just luck don't make it stupid easy but make it require a skill. nice attempt though, needs alot of polish.

Ummm, since when did vaccines cure parasites? Not only that, but there are so many nuances that are never explained EVER. Not in game, not in tutorial, etc. Such as -- waterborne transmission definitely ups your visibility, whether it says it does or not. This "realistic" mode is so UNrealistic it makes me want to vomit and spread my disease all over my computer...

At first (when i did not play enough) i gave this game a 4/5.
After playing for a while and discovering that the 90% of the game is purely luck i gave it a 2/5.
If a game must be hard it shoudn't be because things just happen once in a while.

OK, so first off, great game, loads of fun, but it´s crippled by the fact that what you need to infect Madagascar is PURE LUCK. I´ve so far followed Pieman560´s strategy to the letter 3 times, and in those 3 times the ONLY place I could´nt infect was Madagascar. To me the problem seems to be the fact that few ships ever visit it regardless of the World´s status. Possibly could be fixed by adding an airport (since it states for some reason that Madagascar HAS an airport, just... not implimented?). Again, I say Pieman560´s strat is the BEST, but... Bloody Madagascar...

Every single time I play, 5 countries always shut down before infection! Otherwise I kill everyone with ease! The same thing happened when I tried stealth (Low visibility, No lethiality, High infectability) But, I will keep trying...

i 100% agree with Nitewolf. Strategy does have nothing to do with getting the 60 point badge. it is just pure luck and this sucks.

i love how ppl give advice how to beat this game while it's based about 90% on luck.
which is why it's not great really, they even increased the amount of luck it takes from the original game. claiming by the authors that it takes strategy and skill is hilarious really.

I could do the 'in 100 days' so easily if only the boats went anywhere near that stupid place! This last game I finally got to BE Madagascar - but then a boat didn't leave the damn island for 35 days! WAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHH
