Ultimate Relaxation Badge- Almost the same as the other but instead 1) start anywhere 2) sell starting symptoms and buy sneezing, byt 1-1-1-0 resistance. 3) buy all forms of transmissions. 4) Infect TWO countries and sell sneezing straight after, if 3 get infected it may not work or take longer. 5) wait till all countries are infected. 6) Buy all drug resistance 7) buy whatever symptons that can result in death... This worked for me 6 times and under 100 days. I'm not sure if this works on realistic yet... Repost this to keep it alive.

Not sure if its because of air transmittance or what but I have had totally locked down countries get infected. Madagascar had its shipyards closed but was infected. Brazil had borders, shipyards, and airports closed but was infected.

The guide posted below is great if you really want the Achievement, but it really does ruin the game for you. Once you know how to win, there's not much replay value left in this trial-and-error game.
Also there's a lot of luck involved. I've taken Madagascar before but have been stopped by Peru, which borders 3 countries. You can never tell.
And what's special about Greenland?
