Only differences, I started in australia, and I sold sneezing already at 5 countries. Rest just like the guide said.

I wat watching the boat that is meant to go to Madagascar..but it just got stuck in a loop going down the side of Africa then back to greenland without going into Madagascar (and no the shipyard was not shut down)

At first I didn't get any symptoms except sneezing so I had a tiny bit of visibility but governments sill closed travel. Later even though I got 4 symptoms no one died. That is very frustrating when the effects of my actions seem lopsided against me.
