this how i completed it on relaxed mode!! 1) Pick virus 2) Start in Greenland 3)Sell your starting sympton and buy sneezing, 1-1-1-0 resistances 4)When you have enough points buy 1-1-1-4 resistances 5) When 3 countries have been infected sell sneezing 6)Madagascar was infected for me but if doesnt get infected in 30 days or shipyards are closed restart 7)Wait until all countries are infected and buy sneezing, coughing and vomitting.
