4)When you have enough points buy 1-1-1-4 resistances
5) When 3 countries have been infected sell sneezing
6)Madagascar was infected for me but if doesnt get infected in 30 days or shipyards are closed restart
7)Wait until all countries are infected and buy sneezing, coughing and vomitting. Unlock tiers 2 and 3, keeping symptoms you gt and buy fever diarrhea, pulmonary edema and hypersensitivity
8)Wait 5-15 mins and you have completed relaxed and got yourself the badge
