This game is cheap. I had zero symptoms, zero disease vectors, and I elevated all my resistances and let it run. My status screen showed zero visibility, and yet somehow they started closing airports and seaports. And of course, Madagascar was the first to go.
It's cheap, and lousy. The Madagascar crap is a cheap barrier to success. I give this game the lowest score because it's been designed to make you fail.

Oh and I forgot, buy ALL transmissions. I dunno why but that's how I did it. But really, it's all jus luck. Sumtimes mine will work sumtimes not, but it will infect everywhere in a short amount of time.

I've read alot of advice but I finally got it to where almost all countries got infected in less than thirty days. Then Madagascar was the last country but it got infected even after it closed it's borders and shipyards. Don't just restart because it closes. A stray boat sumtimes goes back there and infects it at the last minute. I recomend buying the second resistance of the first resistance you get, getting coughing and fever, then get drug and 1 cold, unlock tier 2 and get pulmanary edema, and it should infect every country, that's how i got the imp badge.

the method works well. Mads, Greenland, New Zealand, and Cuba. Coughing is good enough that it's more worth it to keep it than sell it and get sneezing, though sneeezing is better. You can get 5-6 countries infected if you want to tempt fate before you sell. It's a very good idea to start in mads (it doesn't matter too much in the long wrong for the slower first spread), but it's your choice. At 9, just keep buying as much as you can after those. Go beserk.
