pulmonary edema,kidney failure,encephalitis,heart failure r good starter killing symptoms, they make u lethal but absoulutely 0 visibility and a little infectivity. copy-paste this, i think its pretty helpful

i killed every country except for madagascar, and the thing you said about the boat i think its wrong, because the boat from madagascar was just sailing around the ocean and didnt dock anywhere, so check up on that

The most important point that no-one has mentioned is this:
EVEN AFTER MADAGASCAR CLOSES IT'S PORTS, BOATS THAT HAVE ALEADY LEFT A PORT CAN STILL DOCK THERE. WAIT A LITTLE WHILE AND YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY!

Cool game. But the tutorial could be about 1/3 as long. Do you really need to TELL me that planes travel between airports, ships travel between shipyards, and to close windows I click the "X" in the upper right corner? C'mon now.
