but you might have to retry since madagascar is 100% luck!
just stick to the strategy so you don't run out of points!
i myself spent too much and could not affort the best death symptoms but the small ones did suffice!

The Complete Guide To the 60 point badge seems to rely on people having around 20-30 more points than I usually have; is that because I don't need to buy transmitters?
And when getting Moisture Resistance to the second level and waterborne, you get to infect the water supplies. That doesn't seem a bad thing, but the solution doesn't contain it.
I've not yet infected the world, but I occasionally let games where I've got all but one or two islands run their course to try and get the infected population to die out in fewer than 100 days, and I've never succeeded in even that half of the badge.

I bet more than half the tools reposting the "strategy" and proud of "beating" the game are playing the relaxed mode. It would also be nice if this super "strategy" included which transmissions to buy or not, but it doesn't.
THE GAME IS RANDOM.
Very sad to see it has such a high rating. Slick interface, yes, but much of it has no effect on the game, which seems to run well on the surface, but clearly has tons of deisgn flaws. ONE STAR

DO NOT BUY SNEEZING if you start on Greenland or New Zealand. They have very low thresholds for infecting other reasons so you don't need it. Did it in under 90 days from New Zealand with no sneezing and Greenland is even faster. Just have to get lucky and get a ship to Madagascar.

I like pie. Pie is better than this game. But this game is still pretty good, just pie is better... To change my mind, CHANGE THE VICTORY CONDITION SO THAT EVERY GAME IS NOT DETERMINED BY INFECTING MADAGASCAR OR NOT. Ahem, the balance is all wack. Let me just drop a nuke on that tiny island after I've infected several other nations with my mind controlling symptom.
One other thing, this game would be a definite 5/5 with zombies. wink wink

Poor design.. An island closes its shipyard/airport and poof, it’s immune forever. Apparently these islands are self-sufficient and literally seal their borders forever
I've had disease get to Madagascar with just borders open =/
