no matter what I do, I can't kill everyone. Even following the "walkthrough" posted here, I always end up with either Madagascar uninfected, or if starting in Madagascar, I end up with at least one country that close down before infection.

I'm playing and Greenland is being really weird, first of all the number of uninfected keeps jumping up by around 500. On top of that everyone there is dead and they never closed the shipyard or borders. Unless this is a side effect of the insanity symptom.
