a few tips thats not copy pasta: pick virus of course. hopefully you start on an island. madagascar still got infected after they closed shipyards so maybe i got lucky. i would get rid of all symptoms besides sneezing, and build up your resistances and transmissions. once the disease spreads, buy some nastier symptoms. then hope you can annihilate the hospitals or become immune to the vaccine. good luck.

Well, I might as well tell my strategy for RELAXED MODE. I started with a virus. First I sold my fever symptom, then bought cold, heat and moisture resistance. I then bought all 4 drug resistances when I could. I waited until all countries got infected. I then bought lethal symptoms with my 140 evolution points and got the hard badge. It was fun, honestly. The game is just too luck based, though, sadly. It would be a much better game if it wasn't like 95% luck needed to win. For that a modest 4/5.

Greenland is the best starting area. It has a ridiculously low population, while still having docks and an air-strip, so it's a good place for your virus to grow before spreading without attracting world attention.

Quit copy pasting that scenario for 1 its not fun for those who want to figure it out on their own, and for 2 picking those countries wont make a bit of difference, as i said before i succeeded from australia and china but never from any of those countries and ive played a hundred times, i even lost starting in madagascar trust me, that post is a lie !

That little post with the explanation is bull . . . i succeeded using australia and china, also, its all luck, no matter what, you have to have luck for madagascar to stay open for infection, also new zealand and peru.
The idea works but the necessity to use the countries listed is completely untrue !!! this game is simply a crap shot for the medal
