I have some disease suggestions for you: Lesch-Nyhan syndrome (causes patient to chew fingers off in fits of self-mutilation,) Neurofibromatosis (causes many tiny brown tumors throughout the patient's skin,) Schizophrenzia ((my favorite) casues slow destruction of the mind and spirit, leaving the patient as "stark-raving mad". When you hit New Game while during a current game it should not bring you back to the title, rather than straight to picking your disease. Your username should go on whatever disease you make automatically.

But sir, it may just be a random disease! Maybe doctor House can do something also! "I don't care! Close the shipyards, kill everyone that is infected, activate magical forcefield anti-disease, close schools, and tell everyone to hide at their houses!"

(#1)Pick PARASITE. (Hardest to detect.)
(#2)Sell ALL symptoms.
(#3) Upgrade Heat, Cold, and Moisture to level 2.
(#4)Upgrade Drug to level 4. (Makes it harder to find vaccine.)
(#5)Let your disease spread a bit, then buy ALL Transmissions. (If you see an uninfected region close its border, and shutdown shipyards/airports, start over.)
(#6)Once all regions are infected, pump up the symptoms and see them all die. (Sores, Fever, and Vomiting are good to start with.)
