To get this stupid badge for this horrible game which is complete luck and random you WILL NEED TO START IN MADAGASCAR OR GREENLAND.
DO NOT run the game at the highest speed - let it run at the slow settings and wait. Make SURE to watch that after 2 to 3 countries are infected to sell sneezing.
Remember this will take alot of luck - after 8 tries starting with Mada and Green I got all but Japan at 12 days and lost Japan though.
At this point it is 9 games starting with Greenland again. - DAY 5 - With 5 countries infected including Japan again.
Everything except madagascar.
Okay I reccommend you have a good supply of marijuana cause this is taking over 2 hours so far.

At the beginning, increase your disease drug resistance 2.
Then make the disease transmit by Rodent. You know, where the rats travel?
Try to get rid of symptoms by selling them. This makes your disease invisible and gives your more time.
Then increase resistance against heat to 2 - Madagascar is a warm place?
It is unlikely, that a ship will take the disease from your starting country to Madagascar, so you will have to infect several countries with harbours around the World. So you need to increase the resistance against cold and moisture also at level of two
