@ markhh, NEVER EVER START IN MADAGASCAR, you wont be able to infect the whole world, start in greenland because there are poorly any hospitals and only has 56.000 citizens so its very much harder to spot the virus in greenland

Pandemic2:1) Pick Virus 2) Start in Greenland (if not, restart) 3) Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances 5) Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart 7) Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting 8) After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging 10) Wait until everyone dies

Ok Ok Ok...I took 215 days to kill everyone - I'm not proud of this, but I'm stumped as to how to beat the game in 100 days!!!!
For those of you who haven't beaten the game yet in realistic mode here's my spoiler...
..you have to start in Madagascar or you yourself will be driven mad trying to infect it! Your next problem is getting your disease off the the damned place - I used all of the transmission types. Then I waited until my disease started to spread...
..once the spreading is underway I toughened up the disease and sat back until the whole world was infected - with Mad out of the way all other countries do seem to buckle.
From then on it's a simple waiting game until everyone dies...
..in my case 215 days.
So, all of my friends out there who have beaten the 100 days - where did I go wrong???????

I got it to spread almost everywhere by buying all the resistance ones first. You get almost the whole planet in 60 seconds.

Cool game, although winning is entirely luck based and I mean... really lucky. The badges are extremely difficult if not truly impossible without the most extreme of luck. I hate rating games on the badges Kong seems to think are logical, but 3/5 at best.

its day 13 i infected all but 3 countries n at day 11 they said a vaccine was being developed in 18 days n now i cant infect any1 new cuz my disease was cured by the vaccine that was supposedly supposed to take 18 days to produce im pissed

i love this game sooo much!!! i think the first one sucked but this one's much better. i like all of the symptoms, but i can NEVER seem to infect the entire world...
