Is it just me, or does every1 hold their breath as they watch a boat come from an infected country and head towards madagascar, and either not affect it or change directions last minute?

Recommend doing something else while you play. To win you need patience, and if you don't have it like me, I would have some thing like a book or some more open internet windows with other games or myspace/faceboook or something

Very nice game, deserves 4/5.
A few things: graphics could be better, music less repetitive and numbers easier to read (thousands should be separated)

Most negative aspect, late in the game if you save your transmission methods they counter immediately. Not very realistic.

This game is bug ridden: flood are supposed to spread infection with water transmission? Well it's fake. Japan is closed 0 infections and got flooded many times, to no avail: the virus still can't penetrate their borders.

I completely wiped out everything except ANYONE in Madagascar, Indonesia, or New Zealand. Absolutly no one in those regions were infected

Ryefaz, but why would you hand out water, and close ports when there is an invisible bug that doesn't do anything to the body. Humanity shouldn't know that my bug is travelinng amongst them. It has 0 symptoms and i'm using a parasite. They shouldn't know it's there, but they do so we gotta work against that disadvantange.
Whoever said you need to get the resistance that isn't your starters is really brilliant. Having your starter country go slow is really key!

'I just think the governments should react more realistically. I mean a whole country could have a cold, and no1 would shut down anything….and my bugs have 0 (ZERO) symptoms….

Lol, good game but it would be better to have more realistic governments (why would you close everything for a virus that does nothing. )
I had the heart problem one and no one was dieing (most were infected) I gave them sneezes and they all dropped dead. :P

here's my issue. If the disease is airborne and heat resistant IV ... how can burning the bodies not affect more? With that in mind how does the wind not spread disease to coutries that doesn't have the disease at all? Oh...I closed the border and that has now stopped mother nature from sending in wind...

Humanity Overcome! Finally! The key is patience at the beginning. Keep only one resistance while you add in all transmissions except water. Then add in another resistance that is different from your starting region. Example if you're in south africa add in cold resistance as a second. You want you're starting country's infection rate to rise as slowly as possible.

I found the fact that Greenland suffered from drought and flooding at the same time pretty humorous.
Madagascar also closed its borders before 100 people were infected
