Somehow Madagascar, after it closed its shipyards/airports, but its borders were still open. So I guess someone swam over to there from S. Africa.

i finally got the <100 days cheevo. starting in australia oddly enough. i had a hard time starting in madagascar. it takes waaay too long to spread. my personal favorite place to start is cuba.
