Start the game with a virus, sell your only starting symptom straight away, go afk.
When you come back you will have 150 evolution points with the disease having spread to every country in the world. Cap out drug resistance so all the hospital's close and they won't make a vaccine.
Spend your remaining points on Liver failure etc.
You win.

meh, very luck based on spreading... if the borders/points of entry close, then odds of spreading to island countries are zero, which = game over.

I agree i think the game as an idea is brilliant and even in its current state addictive. The only complaints i have is that countries respond immediately to any new way of spreading my disease and the fact that some countries *cough* madagascar have only one point of entry. And closing borders wouldn't always stop bugs and rats or people for that matter. But amazing work none the less

This is a great idea, but it gets really boring, really fast. Plus it's unrealistic - how can people be dying from sneezing??

This would be more fun if there was some actual "game" to it. There is very little that you actually do. Neat concept, boring execution. Not to mention that the only way to win is pure chance, as far as I can tell.

This game is going to cause a lot of hate for the tiny nation of Madagascar, oh and a Zombie symptom would have been amazing.

There's a lot to like about this game, especially compared to the original Pandemic, but there's one thing to hate: Madagascar. I have spent several games watching that country in particular - often, I can go a whole game and Madagascar never receives a ship. Not once. Seems like the game is impossible to win unless you actually start there.
I really like this game, but Madagascar makes it unwinnable. )o:

I don't like the perfect border control and instantaneous reactions to developments. If it becomes water-transmissible, bottled water will be handed out the world over the instant I close the disease screen. Also: 24 hours for world-wide vaccine distribution? Seriously?

Game is a decent idea, but once the governments shut borders it becomes impossible to infect them, There needs to be some method of getting to countries that are closed off so you can actually win the game.

...LOL....one of the boats from greenland came out right, and everyone shut down, so its out there floating on the ocean....i just think of it as a colony that has imune people...i call it ATLANTIS!!!!
