wow i finally get madagasgar and once i infected 4 countries it could have been a glitch but every country shut down everything ship yards borders everything!! then in 2 days they create a vaccine and it works omg

There's an easy way to get most of the world dead!
1. Pick virus
2. Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland or Madagascar
3. Sell all symptoms and buy sneezing.
4. Wait till 3 countries are infected then delete sneezing.
5. If you get all resistances up to level 4 and buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea , pulmonary edema and hypersensitivity, wait till all infected counties are dead then you've won the game, kind of!
Tip: Try to make your starting country Madagascar and you'll get 100% dead!

This game has nothing to do with evolution. You can't infect everyone with virus A and then magically turn it into virus B. Once the new strain emerges the disease has to try and spread all over again.

this game bases too much on luck to be enjoyable. it's challenging and frustrating sometimes for it's own good but after a while you just go on to the next game...

u just try again until you start in madagascar, or somewhere close to it. Observe wat countries normally ship things to madagascar so you may also start with them aswell.

They should include a Symptom where the parasites eventually get to control the dead bodies of the humans by imbedding in the spinal cord. That way they can use the boats and planes to get to closed countries.

Beat it in about 84 Days, started in Cuba and infected all countries after day 23.
