The numbers need to be more readable, and boats need to not be so random. All the "madagascar" complaints would vanish if boats didnt drift around the sea randomly.

Wiped out mankind, score was 77k. Started out as a virus in Mexico with fever and heat resistance. Got myself cold resistance, airborne and waterborne then left the game run. The world started panicking, every place except North Africa got infected, bought heat resistance 2 and immediately after North Africa was infected. After that I started buying lethal symptoms as I could afford them, when vaccine showed up I bought drug resistance (not before). Hope this helps other people.

For all of you complaining that this is not realistic think again, first the disease can evolve so at first there are no symtoms, but they can have or develop them later on. But i will agree that it is stupid to close down borders and stuff when there is only about 4 people getting infected a day and thirdly screw Madagascar

This game has many things wrong with it. It's completely unrealistic, for starters, but yet it's pretty addictive. 3/5. I still preferred the first pandemic.

My disease has no infectivity, visibility, or lethality. It is like the thousands of other bacteria around the world, yet people are completely shutting down there economy and handing out water and masks to protect from a disease that does absolutely nothing??? Hardly anyone would even know it exists. The mode should not be called realistic because it's not... It is a good idea for a game though, just poorly executed. 3/5

Well put together, but it needs to be a bit easier and is far too slow even on the fastest setting. Games that are too slow quickly become boring.

Parasite
No Symptoms, Level 2 Resistances but only Level 1 Drug
Only use Airborne Transmission
Wait until every region has been infected and then fill all resistances and give em symptoms to speed the spread (Vomitting, Hemorrhaging, etc…)
It seems that the three other tranmissions actually get you noticed faster

This game is unrealistic. If a "disease" has no symptoms, then it is harmless and virtually undetectable(not a disease). Even if by chance you found it, it would appear as just another harmless bacteria, virus, parsite. not all of these do harm. there are millions of bacteria that do nothing to us(infact help us.) 2/5 for a poorly thought out good idea.
