I completed the game and got more than 50 evolution points in realistic and I didn't get the badge :( still 5/5 though

Since i'm in realistic mode does that mean that madagascar is really a safe haven, or am I just killing people including myself?

Choose myself a parasite, get rid of all symptons, but make it extrememly catchable... lie in wait... build up points. And F--- them with a sudden ton of lethal symptons. Sometimes being stealthy gets the job done too good.
