The easiest way to complete the game is to infect witout any symptoms being stealth and when everything is infected kill everyone with hi lvl symptoms - this is where I failed

I love it when I try to get no symptoms until getting heart failure, but when I get tier 4 I get hypotonia and blindness

I can't at all figure this game out. If you keep everything low, it doesn't spread, if you start trying to get it to spread it spread so fast that the world shuts everything down near instantly. Exactly how are you suppose to play this game?!!?
