This is getting ridiculous i have almost every person on earth infected,but not a single one has died and my lethal rate is pretty high

Yeah, it's pretty retarded. Madagascar almost never gets infected, and you can't spread diseases by air or water, as in, you can't get the disease into the water or the air and have it spread to different countries that way.
