I had 143 people healthy, no one dead (atleast 40% Lethal) and rest sick, they made the vaccine and everyone happy again >_>

Just finished the impossible badge in 72 days. It really doesn't matter where you start, but always pick virus, and get rid of all symptoms as soon as possible. Did it 2nd try.

Got the impossible badge - followed guide on down1oad's comment but i didn't save up for kidney failure and went for cheaper ones. Could have done it faster in hindsight but done in 96 days.
