Yes, it will kill everyone for sure, but not in less then 100 days. It seems only a virus get's enough evolution points fast enough to be lethal in that amount of time

I think madagascar is glitched, I've started there 3 times but the disease doesn't spread, I've also noticed that there aren't any ships entering madagascar's harbor either. WTF?!

How to win: Be Bacteria,Start in Canada, Madagascar, (madagascar is best),Get fever, get cold x2, heat x2, moisture x2 and drug x 4. Get all Transmitions and wait until all countries are infected, after that buy some tier 3,4 symptoms and relax.
