The guide doesn't work for me. I've tried dozens of times with those 5 countries, and every time it doesn't start in Madagascar it takes forever to spread from there and ends up with a few countries being uninfected. I succeeded twice; both times were between 101 days and 105 days. I'm done trying.

The fact that Madagascar has no airports and practically NEVER gets ships imported or exported makes it stupidly hard to get infected/infect others. I think it's a terrible flaw based solely on luck (which I consider to be a terrible game mechanic)
