@ bighead 5454, the only way to prevent the vaccine is to get drug resistances. Apparently the best time to do this is when all regions are infected.

followed the tutorial that everybody posts. I started in New Zealand. Everybody died on the 101st day! There has got to be a trick to do this closer to 90 days. Can anybody update the tutorial? :)

Something this game can use is removal of things like "Airport open" in places like madagascar that doesn't have an airport to begin with, and other such things. Also a list of countries that you cannot reach due to sea, land and air travel to that place is no longer possible.

So here's what i did.. i chose bacteria.. and started in greenland.. i upgraded every transmission and every resistance... an waited.. when the whole world was infected i upgraded the disease to ahve heart, kidney failure pulmonary edema, and diahrrea.. an waited and watch the extinction.. it happened on day 101..
