Here's my strategy. Parasite + no symptoms + no transmissors + as many resistances you can cram into it. Guaranteed to have all regions infected by 75 days. Start popping in Fever and Boils around 50 days. Drug Resistance is critical.

Really, the guide probably does work, but I think it's only if you start in Madagascar. I ALWAYS lose with 1.9 million survivers in guess where! Madagascar!!!

do NOT buy transmissions: simply put, that will make countries close their borders sooner. leave them off till all countries infected. (explained in a forum)
