Somebody should revise the guide. I tried it on Relaxed, but without transmissions until I had infected everything, and it was easier to infect Madagascar... There is a difference between Relaxed and Realistic, so I'm trying Realistic right now...

I tend to have my best luck starting in Japan, seems that I get boats going to Madagascar early.
But the strategy guide posted is solid, just didn't use it to get my PMA badge.

i love how the walkthrough doesn't make sense. notice how it says waterborne (requires moisture II) anyone notice that? maybe 1-1-2-0 resistance first? cuz otherwise buying waterborne transmission is pointless xd

message in the forums: do NOT buy transmissions, that makes the other countries shut their borders, because it's based on how many people are infected-buy just sneezing and resistances 1-1-1-0 and wait. i got everything but australia this way on my second attempt!

When non-starter region @4K infected, sell Vomiting; @8K, sell Coughing; @30K sell Sneezing. Wait for all infected. Buy in order: Drug4, Coughing, Hemorrhaging, Pulmonary Edema, Diarrhea, Kidney Failure, Hypersensitivity, Fever, Fatigue.
