u need resistance 2 for moisture and affect other countries except madagascar and the disease will keep on passing on u shouldnt worry about vaccine if its almost day 100.

mi too i wanted to use that technique and had sneezing on for a long time n i didnt noticed.With all my points i bought loads of viruses and was on day 95 when everyone died but ssadly on relaxed mode :(

I found Solprovider's method to work, with a little luck of course :D. The trick is not to buy the different transmissions; if the government starts handing out water/masks, then it's been a waste of evolution points in buying water/airborne.

I restarted like 30 times.
3 times I managed to start in Madagascar, I did everything told in the guide. It never worked. The last time it even came to ONLY infecting all of Madagascar and not any other country at all.....lol... :(
