Using the Ironstag or woodnymph (not the short one) guide its easy to win. Follow that to the letter and you cant go wrong, Madagascar is the best place to start.

try starting in madagascar, get water bourne,and all resistances and the symptoms are fever, wait untill a lands are infectid, then get all else.

Greenland is built that way, i had it totally infected yet theyy still worked, kinda like madagascar never gets infected
