WTF ?
Ten times I couldn't reach Madagascar, and the time I started there, with Sneezing + coughing the virus didn't spread out

finally. after starting 2 times in Madagascar, I had to start in Cuba to finish them. I think that Cuba is the best region to start if you want the president badge.

2. PUT IN ANY NAME YOU WANT
3. SELL THE FIRST SYMPTOM YOU START WITH
4. SAVE UP AND GET COLD,WARM,AND MOISTER RESISTANCE TO LVL 2
(4.5. —>GET DRUG TO LVL 4 AFTER YOU GOT EVERYTHING ELES TO LVL 2

got it in 67 days, guide in the comments here is utter crap. well, the pick virus is right, but you can't start in canada or madagascar. 1-1-1-0 resistances and NO transmissions. Buy the sneezing symptom, and sell all others. Wait until all countries are infected (or a vaccine starts), then buy all four drug resistances, level 2 moisture, waterborne, wait a couple days. Then buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, pulmonary edema, fatigue, hemorrhaging, kidney failure, and wait. You will win.
