If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Man. I don't have the best luck, but I finally managed to do it. One time I got 103 days =( but I finally did it in 97 days.
I used the one with Fever. However, I kept default sneezing for 4 countries.

I turned mine into a zombie one.Symptoms:Insanity,vomiting,(the one that causes flesh to rot),and liver Failer.I killed people that were infected like that.Tire 4 kills so fast.

I did it in 78 days, realistic.

here is my walkthrough: pick parasite, sell all start symptoms too keep non visibility. Buy 1-1-1-1 resistance, scroll up speed, wait until you infect all religions, do what you want

Finally got it in 80 days!
Its a lot of luck too, the ship actually went into Madagascar and infected it about 2 seconds after it said it closed its ports.
