This game is unrealistic. If a "disease" has no symptoms, then it is harmless and virtually undetectable(not a disease). Even if by chance you found it, it would appear as just another harmless bacteria, virus, parsite. not all of these do harm. there are millions of bacteria that do nothing to us(infact help us.) 2/5 for a poorly thought out good idea.

realistic may be too realistic. games should be fun, and while annihilating the entire human race with a malicious disease is wonderful and all, it takes FOREVER to get evolution points and for the disease to spread! its just plain boring, there should be something else to do while you wait.

build resistances, ignore transmissions, sell symptoms. Wait till all areas infected, then add resistances and symptoms to get governments to react, shut down hospitals, then just add lethal symptoms.

just keep starting new games until you start in madagascar... otherwise be prepared to waste hours watching your computer process with little to no input from you... this game is stooopid

damn every time i come so close to killing all human life but my disease (Grave Rot) either stopes spreading befor all the world is infected or it just sies game over when i am winning. Still good though needs badges and maybe the next card.

Parasite
No Symptoms, Level 2 Resistances but only Level 1 Drug
Only use Airborne Transmission
Wait until every region has been infected and then fill all resistances and give em symptoms to speed the spread (Vomitting, Hemorrhaging, etc...)
It seems that the three other tranmissions actually get you noticed faster

I figured it out!!!! diseases with NO visibility are seen because they are viruses or bacteria. If you choose a parasite (which has a visibility bonus), and have no symptoms, your disease won't be noticed :D

Actually, the best way to play the whole is to put the symptom at like sneezing or something, then you just wait for it to infect the whole world, then increase the lethalness. I got Madagascar, that way.

3. Wait until you get lots of evo points

The game shouldn't pause when you have the World window open, and I'm also having a hard time infecting Madagascar. Other than that it's pretty fun.
