India and Brazil seem to send the only boats to Madagascar. Once you get 5 countries infected, go stealthy (sell all visible symptoms) and up the moisture resistance to L2. After that, it's just luck. Once you have NZ and Mdgcr sick, you're home free.

I have infected the world, but no deaths... lol. Just save all your stuff up, get a few countries infected, then sell everything, wait till everywhere is infected, while building up resistence. Then, buy out tier 2 and 3, dont sell them, and when they start vaccine, buy 4 and buy atxia and hypothingy.
